Inhuman people at the hotel. Doesn't know how to respect people. Terrible idiots. They give stories if we ask for a room. First they say it's available, then they say it's not available. Making people fools. Very rude behaviour to customers.

Had vist bar today .the cloak room of bar pathtick condition had highletd to reception guy no response even I called Gm he too not wory about costomer feedback. wash basin full of vomited some one not clean sinece open the bar Don't go there

I felt for a while as if I have come to this hotel for room inspection. Shifted 3 rooms in 3 hours. Finally one room with AC was found. Totally waste hotel. Breakfast menu was same during my 3 day stay. Better to avoid this hotel. Free internet is available but will not connect.

On a tour of south India with friends. We booked in to this hotel on our travels as they could cater for the vehicles we had. They have a basement car park which is handy. That is the only good point about this place. Our room had aircon units on the wall outside which the bed was adjacent to, all night you could hear the units going and our room didn’t even have air con! =no sleep. We were told we had to leave the bar and go for food upstairs at 7. We went up stairs and we hadn’t been served any food for 3 hours! We gave up on the food and went to a nearby hotel and used there facility’s as we were to hungry to wait any longer. The staff in the bar and the so called restaurant were very rude. The receptionists were kind and so were the front door security.

This hotel is located close to Meenakshi temple and quite close to many eateries and restaurants. Hotel has A/C rooms and quite okay in sizes. However rooms & bathroom lacks cleanliness. Hotel staffs were friendly and co-operative.
